Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Carpenter & Plumber skilled in other trades to join our team. Someone who can deliver a first-class service to our properties covering Wisbech and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- You'll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades.
- The works will be carried out efficiently and completed within required deadlines.
Requirements
- Existing experience as a Carpenter and Plumber with skills in other trades.
- Ability to provide good customer care.
- Must hold a valid UK driving licence; a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK; residency in England or Wales required.
