Location: Tonbridge - St Augustine & Becket Court

Salary: £25,179 - £26,861 per annum pro rata

Hours: 20 hours per week - Monday - Friday

Contract Type: Permanent

You will be responsible for keeping all communal areas of the scheme well maintained, including cleaning of the kitchen and toilets, keeping all floors vacuumed and mopped accordingly. You will have knowledge of COSHH, health and safety and an awareness of safeguarding and have excellent attention to detail. Occasional travel may be required. Although based at St Augustine, applicants may need to cover other schemes in the area.

You must be eligible to work in the UK to apply for this vacancy; Clarion are not able to offer visa sponsorship. You are required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment.
