Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to join the team covering Manchester, Salford, Bolton and surrounding Greater Manchester. You will report to the Neighbourhood Repairs Manager and handle pre/post-inspection and reporting for repairs, voids and cyclical works.
You will plan and coordinate repair, maintenance and construction work to meet cost, time and quality standards, undertake surveys to identify defects and risks, and carry out major void inspections ensuring KPI.
