We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Surveyor to join our team covering Peterborough, Cambridge and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Neighbourhood Repairs Manager, you'll be responsible for pre/post‑inspection and reports for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs, consulting and engaging with customers and leaseholders, and working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • You'll plan and coordinate repair, maintenance, and construction work to deliver according to cost, time, and quality standards.
  • You'll undertake building and technical surveys to determine the building condition and identify defects and associated risks, carry out major void inspections, ensure that work is completed in line with KPIs and make recommendations based on survey findings.

Qualifications

  • Essential: Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3 and membership of a relevant professional body, e.g., RICS or CIOB.
