The Guinness Partnership is recruiting a Contract Officer to join the Fire Risk and Compliance team in Oldham on a full-time, nine-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
You will support the Contract Manager to deliver asset compliance, ensuring contractors meet regulatory obligations and budget constraints while delivering residents’ safety and value for money.
