Would you like to join our Independent Living Team as a Housing Assistant and help us to deliver an excellent service for our residents? We have a permanent, full-time, 35-hours-per-week opportunity at our Extra Care Scheme in Okehampton. This is a great opportunity for anyone who is a customer-focused team player.
You will be part of a dedicated team where you will work with the Extra Care Scheme Manager to provide a high-quality housing management service, ensuring the delivery of a safe and secure service provision that exceeds resident expectations.
What we are looking for:
- Experience of working with customers and acting on their feedback to deliver great customer service.
- Able to work together and communicate well with others.
- Sets high standards for themselves, with a focus on performance and excellence.
- Demonstrates a positive, proactive, and enthusiastic approach.
- Good level of IT skills and knowledge.
- Good oral and written communications.
- Good administration skills.
- Basic understanding of Health & Safety requirements & best practice.
