Inside Housing Management is seeking a Property Disrepair Surveyor to diagnose and resolve complex property faults and disrepair issues in residents’ homes. The role is hybrid, full-time (37.5 hours per week) with the Beeston/Nottingham office as the base, offering opportunities to lead investigations and ensure safe, well-maintained housing stock.
You will manage a varied caseload, apply damp and mould diagnostics, and use HHSRS and building pathology to mitigate hazards, while collaborating.
