Salary: £34,359 - £42,759 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance, Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime

Overview
We're looking for a Trade Operative with experience in multiple trades to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a first class service to our properties covering Islington, Highbury and surrounding areas of North London.
- Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs related to all aspects of specialist trades and any secondary trades.
- Complete work efficiently and within required deadlines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Reliable and experienced trade operative with skills in carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling and flooring.
- Strong customer care skills.
- Valid UK driving licence – a company vehicle is provided for work use only.
- Eligibility to work in the UK – must reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment; no visa sponsorship.
- Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance required.
