Salary: £34,359 - £42,759 plus Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Floor layer who has skills in other trades to join our team!!!
We're looking for someone who can deliver a first class service to our properties covering Fenland and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades.
- Works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.
Requirements
- Experienced Floor layer with experience in Cap and Cove, skills in other trades and able to provide good customer care.
- Valid UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
- Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance required.
- Eligibility to work in the UK; must reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment. Clarion does not offer visa sponsorship.
