Responsibilities:
- Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades.
- Work efficiently and complete tasks within required deadlines.
- Deliver a first class service to our properties covering Mottingham and surrounding areas.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Valid UK driving licence (company vehicle provided for work use).
- Experience as Carpenter & Plumber with skills in other trades and ability to provide good customer care.
- Eligibility to work in the UK (Clarion are not able to offer visa sponsorship).
- Post subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
Additional information:
- London Weighting Allowance of £125 per month for the London Region.
