This is a new and exciting role at Nacro within our Performance and Housing Management Team. We’re seeking an experienced housing professional to lead housing management across a supported housing patch, ensuring excellent service delivery while supporting vulnerable residents and working closely with operational and support teams.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and deliver a comprehensive housing management service for supported housing properties.
  • Act as the main housing management lead for your patch, working collaboratively with area teams.
  • Manage rent accounts, including arrears, former tenant arrears and credits.
  • Take proactive action on rent arrears in line with income collection and debt management policies.
  • Work closely with Housing Benefit teams to ensure correct payments are in place.
