MTVH in London is seeking a Customer Liaison Officer to join the Building Safety team.

You will lead communications with residents during intrusive surveys and remedial works, ensuring residents are informed, supported and engaged.

You will act as the voice of the customer, coordinating with Customer Services, surveyors and internal teams, handling enquiries and complaints, to deliver an outstanding experience for residents.
