We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Carpenter who has skills in other trades to join our team.
We’re looking for someone who can deliver a first-class service to our properties covering the South West London region.
Responsibilities
- Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs across all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades.
- Work efficiently to complete tasks within required deadlines.
- Provide high-quality customer care and professional service to residents and clients.
Qualifications
- Experienced Carpenter with skills in other trades and the ability to work across trades as required.
- Valid UK driving licence; a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
- Good customer care skills and the ability to interact professionally with residents and clients.
- Eligible to work in the UK; Clarion are not able to offer visa sponsorship; must reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
- This post is subject to Basic Criminal Record Check clearance.
