Role Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Surveyor to join our team covering Islington and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

  • Pre‑ and post‑inspection reporting for responsive repairs, void works, and cyclical repairs.
  • Consulting and engaging with customers and leaseholders; coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Planning and coordinating repair, maintenance, and construction work to meet cost, time, and quality standards.
  • Conducting building and technical surveys to assess building condition and identify defects and associated risks.
  • Carrying out major void inspections, ensuring work is completed in line with KPIs, and making recommendations based on survey findings.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3.
  • Membership of a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS, CIOB).

Requirements

  • Ability to travel across the region as required.
  • Subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
  • Eligible to work in the UK; residence in England or Wales required; visa sponsorship not offered.
