We are looking for a customer-focused Caretaker to join our Estate Services team in North London. Duties will include:
- Inspecting and cleaning communal areas ensuring that our estates are kept clean and hazard free with high standards maintained.
- Sweeping, mopping, litter picking and cleaning bin areas.
- Carrying out health and safety checks.
Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required and cover our estates in Waltham Forest & Redbridge.
