Responsibilities
- Working collaboratively with our residents and external agencies to ensure that our estates are kept clean and safe, and any improvements are identified, planned, and delivered.
- Ensuring vulnerable customers are supported and that any anti-social behaviour is addressed and prevented.
- Working proactively to be a visible presence on our estates, ensuring residents sustain successful tenancies by providing guidance, early intervention, and practical solutions to tenancy-related matters.
Requirements
- Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required and therefore access to a vehicle is essential.
- Basic Criminal Record Check clearance is required.
- Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and must reside in England or Wales for the duration of their employment.
