Job Location: Hertfordshire

Salary: £15,986 - £17,515 per annum

Hours: 21 hours per week (part-time)

Contract Type: 6 month fixed term contract/secondment

Role Overview: We are seeking a Handyperson to join our team covering the Hertfordshire region.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out various tasks in residents' homes including lock changes, replacing strip lights, installing window locks, fitting smoke alarms, painting and decorating, as well as gardening tasks such as hedge cutting, grass cutting, and weeding.
  • Undertake other duties broadly consistent with the level of the post as required.
  • Provide top customer service at all times, representing Clarion Housing and dealing with members of the public daily.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to travel regularly across the region, covering all sites in Hertfordshire and Essex.
  • Subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
  • Must be eligible to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
