Salary: £34,359 - £42,759 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Allowance, Van, Tools, Company Bonus Scheme and regular overtime.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Carpenter & Plumber who has skills in other trades to join our team.
You'll be responsible for carrying out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades. The works shall be carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Deliver first‑class service to properties in Mottingham, Lewisham, Sydenham and surrounding areas.
- Perform maintenance, responsive repairs and void works across specialist and secondary trades.
- Ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and within required deadlines.
Qualifications
- Experienced carpenter and plumber, with additional skills in other trades.
- Strong customer‑care skills and a reliable working attitude.
Requirements
- Must hold a valid UK driving licence; a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK. Clarion are not able to offer visa sponsorship; you must reside in England or Wales during employment.
- Subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
