We are looking for a customer-focused Caretaker to join our Estate Services team in North London.
Responsibilities:- Inspecting and cleaning communal areas to ensure estates are kept clean and hazard-free with high standards maintained.
- Sweeping, mopping, litter picking and cleaning bin areas.
- Carrying out health and safety checks.
Additional information:
Closing Date: Monday 16th February 2026 at midnight.
Applicants must be able to travel across the region and a full UK Drivers Licence is essential for this role as you will be expected to drive company vehicles.
