We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Carpenter with skills in other trades to join our team! The role involves delivering a first-class service to our properties in Brighton, East Grinstead, Crawley and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
- Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs.
- Work across specialist trades and any secondary trades as required.
- Complete work efficiently and within required deadlines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experienced Carpenter with skills in other trades.
- Good customer care skills.
- Valid UK driving licence (company vehicle provided for work use only).
- Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
- Eligible to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
