Contract Type: Secondment/Fixed term contract - until August 2027

We’re recruiting for Regional Housing Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for delivering a highly customer‑focused, effective and efficient regional administration service to our Neighbourhood Team.

You will liaise with external contractors on a regular basis, raise purchase orders, pay invoices and keep good records on various systems. You will manage our admin inbox and CRM dashboards on a rota basis, support the Home Moves team with indexing sign‑up documents and sending out tenancy agreements to residents, then complete CORE forms onto the government website. This list is not exhaustive.

Qualifications

You already have previous experience in a customer service environment and a demonstrable commitment to delivering excellent customer service. You can write clear, accurate and concise records, often analyse data from a variety of sources and prioritise your busy workload as required.

Eligibility: You must be eligible to work in the UK. Clarion are not able to offer visa sponsorship. You are required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment.

Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid role based in our Birmingham office, requiring you to work in the office occasionally. These specific days will be agreed with your line manager.
