Inside Housing Management is seeking a Cleaner/Estate Assistant to join the Estates Team in Aylesbury and surrounding areas. The role is full-time (35 hours/week) on a permanent contract, focusing on high-quality cleaning of internal communal areas and occasional grounds maintenance.
You will act as the on-site representative, building positive relationships with residents, colleagues and contractors, and reporting repairs, fly-tipping, graffiti and safeguarding concerns to help maintain safe environments.
