We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced plumber with skills in other trades to join our team. The role involves delivering first-class service to properties in West Malling, Ebbsfleet, Ashford, and surrounding areas.
Salary: £34,359 – £42,759 plus van, tools, company bonus scheme and regular overtime.
Location: West Malling, Ebbsfleet, Ashford.
Hours: 40 hours per week.
Contract Type: Permanent.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out maintenance, responsive repairs, void works and property MOTs across specialist and secondary trades.
- Complete all works efficiently and within required deadlines.
Requirements:
- Experienced plumber with additional trade skills.
- Valid UK driving licence (company vehicle provided for work use only).
- Subject to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
- Eligible to work in the UK and reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
Salary & Benefits:
