Job Summary
Due to continued expansion and growth across the business, we are seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Scheduling Co-Ordinator to join our established Flooring Division. This is a senior role within our scheduling team, with responsibility for supporting and coordinating the day-to-day scheduling of multiple flooring fitting teams across the North of England. The successful candidate will take ownership of complex flooring schedules, ensuring work is allocated effectively based on site requirements, fitter availability, location, travel time, individual capabilities, job specifications and agreed completion dates. The role involves working closely with New Build Housing sites, site managers, contracts managers and internal teams to collate weekly flooring requirements and ensure work is scheduled and completed within agreed timescales. Strong working relationships with colleagues, flooring fitters, site managers, clients, suppliers, contracts managers and senior management will be key to your success. You must be confident, proactive and highly motivated, with the ability to make informed decisions, resolve scheduling issues quickly and take ownership of your workload.
