Supported by (and reporting to) the Principal Product Manager, you'll be joining a friendly dedicated Growth Squad who believe in building, scaling, and compounding customer and partner growth across Europe.
We value high performance and care deeply about making INSHUR a place where everyone is building something special, that we can all be proud of, while enjoying the ride.
What you’ll do
As our EU Growth Product Manager you will be responsible for owning INSHUR’s growth engine across Europe to build and scale customer and partner growth. You’ll be working on:
- Growth Roadmap & Prioritisation: Owning the EU Growth roadmap with a long-term view, balancing short-term wins with foundational investments.

- Funnel Optimisation: Defining, instrumenting, and continuously improving metrics from lead and quote through to activation and retention.
- Market Expansion: Drive new product and market launches across the UK and NL, taking products from concept to live.
- Partner Integrations: Owning third-party distribution to ensure scalable, reliable, and conversion-optimised experiences.
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- Exceptional Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to clearly articulate ideas and strategies to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven B2C Product Ownership: Experience owning a B2C growth, funnels, or end-to-end customer journeys.
- Regulated Product Expertise: Experience managing complex, transactional products in sectors like fintech, insurtech, or payments.
- Data-Driven Intuition: Comfort working with funnels, metrics, and experiments to drive informed decisions.
- Scalable Partner Experience: A track record of building and scaling partner-facing or API-driven products.
- Commercial Awareness: Understanding how product decisions impact revenue, unit economics, and overall scalability.
… these additional skills that could set you apart:
- Domain Knowledge: Experience in insurance, mobility, the gig economy, or financial services.
- Multi-Market Exposure: Experience working across multiple countries or international markets.
- Technical Analytics: Strong analytics or SQL capability to dive deeper into data.
You’ll love it here if you:
- Thrive navigating ambiguity and finding clarity in uncertain situations.
- Take pride in being accountable and owning your responsibilities.
- Enjoy in a fast-paced environment where change happens quickly.
- Enjoy innovating with AI and other technologies to find creative solutions.
- Are intellectually curious, constantly seeking to learn and explore new ideas.
You may not enjoy working here if:
- Prefer a more structured, slow-moving environment.
- Feel most comfortable when tasks and processes are clearly defined from the start.
- Tend to stick strictly to your defined role and avoid contributing outside of your responsibilities.
