The Inside Sales team focuses on winning direct revenue for the business, creating value, and building clear differentiators between Inshur and our competitors.

We value high performance and care deeply about making INSHUR a place where everyone is building something special, that we can all be proud of, while enjoying the ride.

What you'll do

As an Inbound Sales Associate, you will be responsible for supporting prospective customers in their purchasing experience and if required through the renewal journey. You'll be working on:

  • Proactively contacting prospects via phone at high volumes across outbound and inbound channels.
  • Own and manage a sales pipeline using our CRM, with pre-defined campaigns - aimed both at New Business and Renewals.

  • You will close sales and will ensure that customer information and data is inputted and kept updated on our in-house system.
  • Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets across revenue, activity and pipeline health.
  • Collaborate with others in the Inside Sales team to drive efficiency in our sales processes.

We don't have a definite checklist of skills – our hiring process is much more about aptitude and passion than ticking boxes. So don't worry if you haven't used a particular tool or checked off all the listed skills and experience. That said, below is a guideline of skills that we think would make you successful in this role:

  • Have a strong background in a high volume telesales role.
  • Have experience working to targets - driven inbound or proactive outbound sales environment and have an excellent record of exceeding targets.
  • Can build rapport over the telephone, with strong communication skills, able to forge strong relationships with customers and prospect customers.
  • Understand that we are passionate about adding value to our customers and prospects.
  • In a competitive environment your ability to ask dynamic and probing questions to uncover needs is a critical communication skill you must be willing to continually develop.
  • You will be passionate about being curious! The more you can learn about customers/ prospects needs, budget and buying process the more successful you will be at aligning our products to them.
  • Understand the value of managing your time effectively. You will have to organise your day effectively and have the discipline to ensure you achieve your daily call criteria and KPIs that will ensure you exceed your revenue growth targets.

You'll love it here if:

  • Are solutions-focused and driven to overcome challenges.
  • Embrace resilience and adapt to setbacks with a positive attitude.

  • Feel most comfortable when tasks and processes are clearly defined from the start.
  • Struggle with handling multiple challenges at once or adapting to frequent changes.
  • Tend to stick strictly to your defined role and avoid contributing outside of your responsibilities.

What to expect from the process:

  • Screen & Intro: 30-minute video call with the Talent Team to discuss the role and your experience.
  • First Interview: 60-minute interview with the Inside Sales Manager and someone from the people team. A general Q&A, assessing role and culture fit.
