INSHUR is redefining the future of mobility in insurance and is looking for a Growth Product Manager to join us in Europe. We’re based in Brighton with a hybrid working model that enables collaboration in the office and remote work. Depending on location, you’ll connect with colleagues at our Brighton office 2 or 4 days a month. You’ll be working on reinventing insurance in markets across the UK, US, and the Netherlands, with plans to expand into new European countries. You’ll report to the Principal Product Manager and join a dedicated growth squad focused on building, scaling, and compounding customer and partner growth across Europe.
What You’ll Do
As our EU Growth Product Manager, you will be responsible for owning INSHUR’s growth engine across Europe to build and scale customer and partner growth. You will be accountable for INSHUR’s end-to-end journey from quote to purchase and policy management experience as well as our API partners, focusing on conversion, retention, launch velocity, and experience quality.
- Growth Roadmap & Prioritisation: Own the EU Growth roadmap with a long-term view, balancing short-term wins with foundational investments.
- Quote, Bind and Policy Experience: Own the end-to-end journey, including eligibility, pricing presentation, UX, payments and friction reduction.
- Funnel Optimisation: Define, instrument, and continuously improve metrics from lead and quote through to activation and retention.
- Market Expansion: Drive new product and market launches across the UK and NL, taking products from concept to live.
- Partner Integrations: Own third-party distribution to ensure scalable, reliable, and conversion-optimised experiences.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
- Exceptional Communication and Presentation Skills: Ability to clearly articulate ideas and strategies to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven B2C Product Ownership: Experience owning a B2C growth, funnels, or end-to-end customer journeys.
- Regulated Product Expertise: Experience managing complex, transactional products in sectors like fintech, insurtech, or payments.
- Data-Driven Intuition: Comfort working with funnels, metrics, and experiments to drive informed decisions.
- Scalable Partner Experience: A track record of building and scaling partner-facing or API-driven products.
- Commercial Awareness: Understanding how product decisions impact revenue, unit economics, and overall scalability.
