We’re a team of curious, driven people using technology to change how insurance works for the better. If you like to move fast, think differently, and do work that actually matters, you’re in the right place. At INSHUR, we are more than just insurance. We're a team committed to delivering exceptional service and staying true to the principles that drive us forward.

We walk the talk. We’re accountable for our actions and commitments. We don’t just set goals and make promises; we follow through on them. By taking ownership and acting with integrity, we build trust with our people, customers, and partners. We do what we say we’ll do.

We achieve more together. We believe the sum is greater than its parts. We build strong relationships, share information openly, and actively seek out different perspectives. When we combine our skills and experiences, we reach a level none of us could reach alone, and we celebrate that together.

We learn relentlessly. We embrace curiosity and growth, constantly evolving to meet the changing needs of our industry. Right now, that means pushing ourselves and each other to understand and use AI in everything we do, not because we have to, but because we genuinely believe it makes us better. We’re all on that learning curve together.

We use AI to work smarter. Every team at INSHUR has access to AI tools, and we invest in helping people use them well. Whatever your role, you will be encouraged to get hands-on, experiment with what is possible, and help shape how we use these tools across the business.

Learning and development. We provide an individual learning budget, personal development plans, levelling & progression frameworks, coaching, and ongoing learning opportunities to support the continuous growth of our team members. To ensure that everyone can take control of their own learning and development, we make access to learning as effortless as possible.

DEI and equal opportunities. We recognise that everyone has a contribution to make to our society and a right to equal opportunities is a right for all. We're committed to providing a working environment where everyone can be their authentic self. We recognise, value, and celebrate the individual differences and contributions of all team members. We care deeply about wellbeing and value physical and mental health equally. We encourage generous time off to restore, recharge, and rebuild.

Flexible and hybrid-remote working. We all have an optimum rhythm. We hold the values of ownership, responsibility, and autonomy dear, which is why we embrace flexible and hybrid working. Our guiding principles around documentation, visibility, and social interactions help us ensure people can work productively and successfully, regardless of location.

Life at INSHUR. INSHUR is full of people who care: about the work, about the mission, and about each other. That shows up in how we give feedback, how we handle the tough moments, and how much genuine goodwill there is across the business. It also shows up in the standards we hold ourselves to. This isn’t a place where average is fine. We’re building something, and everyone here is part of that. You’ll be challenged, supported, and trusted to bring your best.

What we’re looking for. We care more about how you think than what's on your CV. If you meet most of the essentials and are excited about the problem, apply.

  • Growth Mindset: An eagerness to absorb constructive feedback, learn new digital platforms quickly, and tackle challenges proactively.
  • Enthusiasm for Marketing: A genuine curiosity about how brand strategy, search optimization, and performance campaigns intersect to drive business growth.
  • Strong Written Communication: The ability to craft clear, engaging copy that is highly empathetic to the needs and daily realities of on-demand drivers.
  • Comfort with Ambiguity: An adaptable attitude where you can solve problems as you go without needing perfectly defined processes for everything.
  • Proactive Initiative: A self-starting nature characterized by a desire to take the first step, propose ideas, and ask excellent questions.
  • Data Comfort: Confidence working with metrics, spreadsheets, and digital dashboards to look for actionable audience trends.

Your Support & Mentorship Structure. You will be mentored directly by three experienced marketers who are invested in your progress.

  • Caroline (Global Marketing Director): Programme lead, providing weekly check-ins, formal mid-and end-point performance reviews, and long-term career mentorship.
  • Beth (Head of Marketing): Day-to-day line support, giving you hands-on content and brand strategy guidance.
  • David (CRM & Retention Lead): Direct performance marketing, HubSpot infrastructure, and analytics mentorship.

How Marketing uses AI. Whether you're new to AI or already building with it, we give everyone the tools, time, and support to grow. AI is a multiplier here, it handles the repetitive so you can focus on the work that actually needs you.

What to expect from the process. Screen: A 30-minute call with the Talent team. We'll cover the role, your background, and your questions. Onsite Assessment Day: Work in small teams on challenges and interview with the wider business. We design this to be a two-way conversation. Come with questions — we want you to leave knowing whether this is the right move for you.

What we offer. £26,000 salary for the duration of the 12-month placement, with formal mid-year and end-of-year reviews, plus a clear pathway to a potential full-time role for strong performers. 30 days of holiday annually, plus bank holidays. Private healthcare for you and your family, including pre-existing conditions. 13 weeks parental leave at full pay for new parents. Workplace nursery scheme with Gogeta, allowing you to pay fees pre-tax. Ride to work scheme. Workplace pension scheme to help you save for retirement. Flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle. £500 annual personal training allowance plus regular learning opportunities on a variety of topics. £40 monthly wellbeing to keep you healthy. 24/7 Employee Assistance Program, covering you and immediate family members—offering crisis support, counselling, legal advice, menopause CBT, and more. Unlimited AI usage with Claude and Gemini.

Working here. You'll do well here if you: Move through ambiguity without waiting for a perfect brief. Take ownership of outcomes, not just tasks. Adapt quickly when priorities shift, and help others do the same. Look for ways to improve how things work, not just how to complete them. Use tools, data, and colleagues to make better decisions.

This probably isn't the right fit if you: Prefer clearly defined processes and a stable, slow-moving environment. Are most comfortable staying within the boundaries of your job description. Find frequent context-switching draining rather than energising.

Inclusion and flexibility. INSHUR is committed to building a team where everyone can bring their full self to work. We follow a structured hiring process and train our interview teams to support fairness and reduce bias. We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, religion, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or age. This role is advertised as full-time. We're open to discussing part-time, job-sharing, or other flexible arrangements for the right person. If you need any adjustments during the process, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate.
