We are seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to play a foundational role in a law firm we are building at INSHUR. Supported by the Practice Manager, you will be joining a friendly team of 6. We value high performance and care deeply about making INSHUR a place where everyone is building something special.
What you will do:
- Driving Case Success with Autonomy: Managing an independent caseload from initial instruction through to successful conclusion.
- Strategic Client Partnership: Acting as a trusted expert to provide comprehensive, high-quality, and timely legal advice.
- Mastery of Legal Drafting & Negotiation: Drafting, thorough review, and sophisticated negotiation of complex legal documents.
- Effective Advocacy and Resolution: Representing clients decisively in negotiations, mediations, and formal court proceedings when required.
- Upholding Professional Integrity: Maintaining meticulous client files and case records.
