Duel Registered Manager - Residential

Inshore Support Limited is a specialist provider of supported living and residential services across the West Midlands. We are dedicated to supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and behaviours that may challenge. We aim to empower each individual to live as independently as possible whilst achieving their personal goals and aspirations. We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to take up the role of Duel Registered Manager with Inshore Support Limited across two of our residential sites. We are looking for candidate with experience working with learning disabilities and complex needs to join our diverse team. Through the position of Registered Manager, you will apply your skills and knowledge to lead and develop a team of staff to deliver a high standard of care and support individuals to achieve independence and positive outcomes in their daily lives. You will provide inspirational leadership to your teams, maintain high-quality outcomes for the people we support, and champion a culture of excellence. As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for five beds within the Inshore Support group.
