We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven individual to take up the role of Deputy Manager. we are looking for candidate with experience working with learning disabilities and complex needs to join our diverse team in a CQC rated GOOD service.
As a Deputy Manager, you will apply your skills and Knowledge to support the Home Manager and help to lead and develop a team of staff to deliver a high standard of care and support individuals to achieve independence and positive outcomes in their daily lives.
The Deputy Manager will learn and develop under the mentorship of the Home manager and will be responsible for the management of the service in the absence of the Home manager. This is a role which offers an opportunity to take the next step in your career in care and be apart of a motivated and skilled team.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience as a Senior support worker or higher.
- Share ideas and work towards the company targets.
- A strong understanding of CQC standards and regulations.
- NVQ/Diploma level 3 in Health and social care (adults)
- The ability to develop staff teams and manage service quality.
- Relevant experience and training to work with complex needs and learning disabilities.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team, delegate tasks and promote a positive workplace.
- Liaise with health professionals and social workers.
- Care, compassion, and Empathy.
- Flexibility to work shift patterns over a 35-hour week including bank holidays and weekends where required.
