Having successfully established its presence within the UK dental implant market, the company has expanded rapidly across Italy and is now accelerating its growth into Spain. Inserta is also progressing through the FDA approval process as part of its wider international expansion strategy.

This is a genuine opportunity to join the business at an exciting stage of its growth and play a key role in developing Inserta's presence across London and Southern England.

The Role: This is not a traditional account management position. We are looking for a dynamic, field-based sales professional who thrives on developing new business, creating opportunities and building long-term partnerships with customers. The most successful people in this role do not simply wait for opportunities to appear—they recognise them before others do. They listen carefully, ask intelligent questions, understand each customer's individual needs and identify gaps within existing workflows, turning those conversations into long-term commercial relationships.

Success will not come from simply presenting a product. It will come from creating value, understanding the clinical and commercial challenges faced by each practice and demonstrating how Inserta's solutions can genuinely improve their workflow and patient outcomes. You will take full responsibility for developing your territory, opening new accounts and establishing Inserta as a trusted commercial and clinical partner to dental practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities across London and Southern England.
  • Identify, approach and secure new dental practices and implant clinicians.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with dentists, implantologists, oral surgeons and key opinion leaders.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing clinical workflows by introducing solutions that deliver genuine value.
  • Promote Inserta's implant systems, restorative solutions and digital workflows.
  • Manage the complete sales process, from prospecting and initial engagement through to long-term account development.
  • Build and manage a sustainable sales pipeline.
  • Represent Inserta professionally at customer meetings, educational events and industry exhibitions.
  • Work closely with the wider UK and European teams as the company continues its international expansion.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven success in a field-based sales or business development role.
  • A strong track record of winning new customers and creating opportunities within competitive markets.
  • Experience managing your own sales territory and working autonomously.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
  • The ability to build credibility and trust by understanding customers' needs and developing long-term partnerships.
  • A naturally curious and commercially aware approach, with an instinct for recognising opportunities others may overlook.
  • Resilient, self-motivated and driven to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent organisation and territory management skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across the territory.

Highly Advantageous:

  • Experience selling dental implants, dental products or medical devices.
  • Experience selling directly to dentists, implantologists, oral surgeons or other healthcare professionals.
  • Existing relationships within the UK dental or implant market.
  • An understanding of digital dentistry, restorative workflows or implant solutions.

Experience within dental implants would be a significant advantage. However, we are equally interested in speaking with ambitious field-based sales professionals from other sectors who can demonstrate an exceptional ability to develop new business, create opportunities and build strong, long-term customer relationships.

Why Join Inserta? Working within implant dentistry requires far more than simply understanding a product. It means earning clinicians' trust, understanding their clinical practice and building professional relationships that stand the test of time. At Inserta, you will join a company with genuine international ambitions, innovative technology and a leadership team committed to supporting customers, investing in education and developing its people.

This is a rare opportunity to help shape the continued growth of one of Europe's most exciting emerging implant companies, build a high-potential territory and develop your career alongside an ambitious international organisation.
