Marketing, education and professional engagement are central to how Inserta builds credibility, communicates innovation and supports growth across Europe.
We are looking for a Marketing & Social Media Executive who can take ownership of day‑to‑day marketing activity and help shape how Inserta communicates with clinicians, partners and the wider implant community. This is not simply a content‑posting role. We are looking for someone who is curious about trends, commercially aware, and confident bringing ideas forward to strengthen how the brand presents itself in the market.
You will work closely with clinicians, key opinion leaders and the commercial team across Europe, supporting marketing activity, digital communication and educational events.
The Role
This role combines marketing execution, social media management and support for international events, with a strong focus on initiative and commercial awareness. You will help ensure Inserta’s messaging, presence and content remain professional, relevant and aligned with the fast‑moving implant industry. The position also supports Inserta’s education and event activity across Europe, helping promote and deliver courses, training and industry engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Inserta’s B2B social media presence across relevant channels
- Create marketing materials and visual assets for products, education and promotional activity (social media, flyers, presentations, etc.)
- Identify industry trends and opportunities to ensure Inserta’s marketing remains relevant and competitive
- Contribute ideas for campaigns, messaging and content that strengthen Inserta’s brand presence
- Maintain a structured marketing and content calendar
- Support the promotion of educational programmes and events across Europe
- Capture content, imagery and testimonials at live events
- Liaise with clinicians, key opinion leaders and field sales representatives
- Ensure all communication remains professional, consistent and aligned with the company’s brand
- Assist with the organisation and delivery of courses and events
About You
- Experience in marketing, digital marketing or social media within a B2B environment
- Italian and/or Spanish language skills are highly desirable
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally
- Commercial awareness — understanding how marketing supports business growth and brand positioning
- Comfortable creating marketing assets using Canva, Adobe or similar tools
- Confident working with professionals across international markets
- Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience within dental, medical or healthcare sectors would be advantageous but is not essential.
