Inserta is transforming implantology through patented technologies, an advanced digital ecosystem, and one of the most efficient full-arch workflows on the market. Education and events are central to how Inserta engages clinicians, builds credibility, and generates growth across Europe. We are looking for an Events & Social Media Manager to take ownership of Inserta’s event activity and ensure it is supported by clear, structured marketing and social media promotion. This is a dedicated role created to bring greater focus, consistency and professionalism to Inserta’s events and digital presence.
The role is events-led, with social media acting as a key channel to promote courses, products and educational activity, generate interest, and support lead flow. You will work closely with the Inserta team to plan events, create marketing material, promote activity across platforms, and support events on-site when required.
Key responsibilities- Support the planning, organisation and coordination of Inserta courses and events
- Create marketing material for events and products (flyers, posts, visuals, basic assets)
- Structure and manage Inserta’s social media presence, with a focus on B2B engagement
- Promote events and educational activity across social platforms before, during and after delivery
- Attend Inserta events to support delivery, capture content and collect testimonials
- Maintain a clear events and content calendar
- Ensure messaging is consistent, professional and aligned with Inserta’s positioning
- Experience in events, marketing or social media, with a clear interest in events
- Comfortable organising activity end-to-end and managing multiple timelines
- Able to create marketing assets independently using tools such as Canva or Adobe
- Understands how social media supports B2B marketing and lead generation
- Organised, reliable and detail-oriented
- Comfortable in an office-based role with regular involvement in live events
Experience in dental, medical, healthcare or B2B environments is a plus, but not essential. This role would suit someone who enjoys bringing structure to creative work, running events properly, and ensuring they are effectively marketed — rather than a purely social-first or content-only position.
