- Senior Talent Managers often have the support or shared support of an assistant or co-ordinator to support their roster's growth once capacity has reached a certain threshold.

- Senior Talent Managers will have excellent and established relationships with key stakeholders from across the Entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Representation: Represent and manage a diverse roster of talent within the entertainment industry, ensuring their career goals are met over time.
- Client Development: Develop and implement strategic career plans for talent across different verticals, including broadcast opportunities, brand campaigns, hosting opportunities, and Intellectual Property projects.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and deals on behalf of talent, striving to achieve the most favourable commercial terms.
- Industry Networking: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with industry professionals and key stakeholders.
- Opportunity Sourcing: Identify and secure opportunities for talent, such as brand partnerships, endorsements, and collaborations.
- Brand Management: Develop and manage the public image and personal brand for the talent, including social media presence and public appearances.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, gifting, travel arrangements, campaign management, content delivery, legal agreements, and invoice requests.
- Leadership: Manage an assistant and nurture their development.
- Mentoring: Support colleagues in areas of the business where you have proven success.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise between talent and stakeholders.
- Managing Business Risk: Flag key issues early on with company Directors or colleagues in the Business Affairs team.
