We are looking for a senior Country Manager to build and lead Insait’s presence in your region. You will be responsible for establishing the market, winning initial flagship customers, defining the go-to-market motion, and building the foundation for long-term growth. You will carry a significant quota and will be the primary commercial owner of the region.
- Build the market from scratch, including pipeline creation, positioning, and early customer acquisition
- Build pipeline through outbound activities, partnerships, events, and personal network
- Engage and influence C-level stakeholders across business, risk, compliance, operations, and IT
- Hire, onboard, and lead initial team members, including Account Executives
- Mandatory background in Financial Services (banking, insurance, or regulated fintech)
- Strong regional network within financial services ecosystem
- You will be selling a product with clear and measurable ROI, addressing real and urgent challenges faced by financial institutions globally.
