Insafe International Ltd is recruiting for a number of Field Service Technicians who will be based in their home areas across the UK. Full training provided.
This role requires enthusiastic candidates to carry out straightforward tasks at our clients’ locations throughout your area (usually up to a maximum of 2 hours travel time from your home but normally nearer).
Duties will include:
- Lock changes to doors
- Code changes to coded door locks
- Code changes to safe locks
- Programming of electronic safe locks
Training: Since this is a somewhat specialised role, we would not expect candidates to be familiar with this field. Therefore, full training will be supplied by Insafe to successful candidates.
Skills and experiences:
- IT literacy is essential as we use a mobile platform for allocating jobs and reporting.
- Laptops are also used for programming electronic safe locks.
- Experience in a similar field service role would be advantageous, but not essential.
- Previous experience in a customer service-based industry is desirable, but not essential.
- Ability to work on one’s own while performing remote site visits is essential.
- A reasonable degree of physical fitness is required as the role can be physical from time to time.
- A full valid UK driving licence is essential.
- Since this role is within the security industry, candidates must not have a criminal record. CRB checks will be applied.
A liveried vehicle is supplied fully equipped with the necessary stock and tools for the job. A mobile phone, laptop and tablet are provided. Company uniform and PPE are provided.
42.5hr standard week. Holidays are 20 days per annum plus National Holidays rising to 25 days. Salary: To be confirmed dependant on experience.
