Data Solutions Engineer – IIGSalary range £28,000 – £31,000
The Data Solutions Engineer is responsible for the development and maintenance of SharePoint infrastructure and other associated Microsoft Office 365 applications within the INRIX Incident Group alongside specific workflow and tooling tasks involving data delivery and transformation.
This role is critical to ensuring INRIX\’s traffic incident data product remains market-leading through ongoing integration of Office 365 applications, workflows, and other technologies.
What We Are Looking ForRequired
Proficiency in advanced Excel functions
Experience of using Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) for creating calculated columns, measures, and custom tables within Power BI
Experience of using SharePoint, PowerApps, and MS Flow
Experience of using QGIS to view and analyse geospatial data
Experience of using Python to perform data wrangling and data cleaning tasks
Be prepared to change working hours as required by the needs of the operation
Highly Desirable
Experience of writing scripts to iteratively scrape data from a website to a database
Experience of creating post API requests using Postman
Desirable
Experience of building full-stack applications with demonstrable project examples
