INrecruitment are working with a mid-tier firm in London to recruit a commercially driven Transaction Services Manager. This role offers significant exposure to high-profile deals and the successful candidate will be expected to work at pace in a team with a strong deal pipeline.
The successful Transaction Services Manager will lead and manage a range of buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements across sectors, advising corporate clients, private equity investors, and entrepreneurial businesses.

Person:
For this Transaction Services Manager role you should be ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent, with significant FDD experience gained in a Big4 firm, boutique, or practice and with demonstrable experience managing teams to deliver against timescales. You will have strong analytical skills and commercial acumen and a proven ability to lead engagements and manage client expectations.
