Site Manager – High-end ResidentialOur client base is continuously growing in the high‐end residential refurbishment space, delivering exceptional projects across London for exclusive private clients. Known for their attention to detail, craftsmanship, and quality finishes, they work on some of the capital\’s most prestigious homes.
They are always seeking site managers to join their businesses, offering genuine opportunities to grow, learn, and develop within successful forward‐thinking companies in building and construction. This is an excellent opportunity for the right individual to become part of a close‐knit team and contribute to high‐profile projects in some of London\’s most sought‐after locations.
The Ideal Site Manager Will Have
Full on‐site management of high‐end residential projects up to £3 million.
Experience as No.1 on site, including scheduling works and handling exclusive clients.
H&S experience with inductions, permits and RAMS.
Computer literacy.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS.
