- Confidence managing internal and external stakeholders throughout the bid process.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, Excel, and general estimating software.
- Ability to work methodically across multiple tenders while meeting deadlines.
- Quantity Surveying or Construction Management qualification (beneficial).
