We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Carpenter to join our client's team, working across high-end residential properties in London. This role will suit someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship, is comfortable working independently, and can maintain a professional approach in client-facing environments.

The position offers a varied workload across multiple locations in West, Central and North London (City of London) with a company van provided.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out bespoke joinery, cabinetry, and door installations, as well as general maintenance tasks within regular working hours.
  • Undertake carpentry, flooring, door fitting, repairs, fittings, minor painting, plumbing, and electrical work as required.
  • Work independently to complete jobs to a high standard within agreed timeframes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in high-end residential maintenance carpenter work.
  • Solid working knowledge of plumbing and electrical works.
  • Confident working alone and liaising with clients directly.
  • Own tools (bigger power tools supplied by company).
  • Valid, clean driving licence.

  • Start date: ASAP
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
  • Rate: £200-£230 per day (depending on experience)
  • Location: West, Central and North London (City of London)
  • Benefits: Company van and fuel card provided.
