Responsibilities
- Working on the tools as a Lead Carpenter
- Supervising and coordinating a small site team
- Leading labour and daily site activities
- Ensuring quality of workmanship across carpentry and fit-out works
- Working within live commercial environments
- Maintaining health & safety standards on site
Requirements
- Strong carpentry or drylining background (essential)
- Previous experience as a Lead Carpenter, Working Supervisor, or similar
- Experience on commercial fit-out and/or fabric maintenance projects
- SSSTS or SMSTS, First Aid & valid CSCS card
- Confident leading labour and coordinating trades
- Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends
- Willing to do DBS and financial checks
