Requirements:
- Proven experience in a travel agency or similar role, preferably as a Senior Travel Executive.
- Strong knowledge of ticketing, reissue, refunds, NDC, LCC, and GDS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and partners effectively.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work with at least 2 GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre).
