We’re looking for a Social Media Engagement Manager to join our SMM team, focused on growing founder accounts through thoughtful, high-quality engagement across X and LinkedIn. This is a hands-on role for someone who genuinely understands how attention and growth work on X. You’ll identify the right accounts and conversations to engage with, write replies in each founder’s individual voice, and use performance data to understand what’s actually driving reach, engagement, and follower growth. We’re not looking for generic comments or AI-generated replies at scale. The goal is to make every interaction feel intentional, relevant, and human. You’ll work across founders in fintech, crypto, AI, and emerging tech, so you should be comfortable quickly learning new industries and joining conversations intelligently.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage day-to-day engagement for founder accounts across X and LinkedIn
  • Identify relevant accounts, audiences, posts, and conversations worth engaging with
  • Write thoughtful, natural replies that help increase visibility and build meaningful connections
  • Adapt to each founder’s individual tone of voice, whether professional, conversational, supportive, witty, or contrarian
  • Research client industries and stay on top of relevant conversations, trends, and news
  • Use data to understand which accounts, replies, topics, and approaches are driving the strongest results
  • Track performance across impressions, engagement, follower growth, profile visits, and other relevant metrics
  • Test and optimize targeting, reply styles, timing, and engagement approaches
  • Work closely with the wider SMM team to support each founder’s overall social presence and growth

What We’re Looking For

  • Hands-on experience managing social media accounts, communities, or engagement, ideally with a strong focus on X
  • A strong understanding of X culture and how replies can be used intentionally to grow an account
  • Excellent written English and the ability to write naturally and conversationally
  • Strong understanding of tone of voice and the ability to switch between different founder personalities
  • An analytical mindset - you don’t just post and reply; you pay attention to what works and adjust accordingly
  • Strong research skills and the ability to quickly understand topics across fintech, crypto, AI, and emerging tech
  • Good judgment around targeting and knowing which accounts and conversations are actually worth engaging with
  • The ability to manage a consistent volume of engagement without sacrificing quality
  • A strong instinct for what sounds human - your replies should never feel generic, repetitive, or AI-generated

Bonus Points

  • Experience using analytics or social intelligence tools to evaluate accounts and engagement opportunities
  • Experience with AI-assisted workflows or vibe coding tools such as Claude Code
  • Experience building or using agents, automations, or internal tools to make engagement workflows more efficient while maintaining quality

What We’d Love to See

If you’ve done this before, we want to see the results! Please share examples of accounts you’ve worked on and, where possible, measurable outcomes such as follower growth, impressions generated through replies, engagement growth, profile visits, or other relevant metrics. We’d also love to understand your typical output - approximately how many high‑quality replies you’re used to producing per week or month.
