- AI Agent Architecture & Workflow Optimization
- Pioneer methods for formalizing business workflows (e.g., representing how customer support queries are resolved) in a way that allows AI models (particularly LLMs) to judge, reason about, and propose optimizations for these processes.
- Cross-Functional Alignment & Collaboration
- Work with the AI Group to implement and conduct retrospectives on Big AI projects, contributing to a cycle of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Research, ICT, Legal) and external partners to ensure the successful deployment and ethical use of AI solutions.
- Alignment with SIO & BOS
- Collaborate with the SIO and BOS Design Team to ensure AI initiatives are strategically aligned, measurable, and effectively integrated into business operations.
- Embed AI-driven insights into enterprise planning and decision-making processes (SIO).
