What the role involves: As a Marketing Experience Strategist, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of full-funnel marketing campaigns across Input Output Group\’s key programs. This includes oversight of brief development, production workflows, digital and social activation, demand generation, and event-related engagements. The role requires a strong understanding of Web3, blockchain, and decentralized technologies, and applies this expertise to shape strategic and consistent marketing experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders—including product marketing, creative, communications, events, and analytics—to coordinate campaign execution and ensure alignment with business objectives. The position also involves managing agency and vendor relationships, ensuring integration across marketing functions, and maintaining quality throughout campaign lifecycles. You will act as the main liaison between the Marketing and Communications shared services team and product marketing leads across business units. Ensure the project team delivers world-class creative, strategy, and solutions aligned with overall business strategy and brand positioning across all channels. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders: Product Marketing, Ecosystem & Community, Operations, Finance, and Legal. Lead all communications with internal teams and agency partners, including status meetings, presentations, and reviews. Guide business unit product marketing teams to develop strategic briefs and maintain proper direction throughout campaign development. Partner with BU product marketing teams to align on objectives, program requirements, and KPIs, aiming for breakthrough ideas and activations. Collaborate with project management and shared services leadership to ensure deliverables are on strategy, on time, and within budget. Define and manage agency/vendor processes, including project workflows, resourcing, and budget tracking. Drive best practices for integration and identify operational efficiencies for continuous improvement. Manage approvals, feedback, and input from multiple stakeholders. Oversee all production aspects with the project management team. Develop a deep understanding of Web3 and blockchain ecosystems to shape marketing activation plans. Uphold brand identity, ensuring all creative projects are consistent with guidelines while incorporating innovative ideas to strengthen visual storytelling. The above responsibilities are not exhaustive; you will be expected to perform other tasks as needed within your role. Requirements Who you are: 8+ years of experience in Marketing and Communications at a technology company or Account Management at an advertising agency, with a strong portfolio in tech or Web3 industries. Experience with Web3, DAOs, and blockchain-native brands. Strong leadership, project management, and team-building skills. Passion for innovation and a forward-thinking approach to campaign development and creative execution. Proven ability to lead multi-faceted projects in fast-paced environments. Exceptional time management skills, capable of prioritizing and managing deadlines while maintaining quality. Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and foster teamwork. Familiarity with creative workflows, formats, and platform optimization. Skills in creative development, integrated campaigns, brand strategy, digital experience design, video production, social media, storytelling, external communications, PR, and media strategies. Strong financial acumen. Strategic vision to connect outputs to broader business goals and marketing strategies. Creative problem-solving skills. Leadership and mentorship abilities. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Expertise in storytelling through various media. Technical proficiency in industry tools: Google Docs, Slack, Jira, Microsoft Office, Miro, presentation software. Meticulous attention to detail. Adaptability and resilience in dynamic environments.
