Join Inpulse and drive our UK expansion! We’re a Paris-based SaaS company, founded in 2018, transforming how restaurant chains manage their inventory and supply chain with AI. Our solution helps multi-site brands (150+ locations) optimize stock, reduce waste, and increase margins through automated sales forecasting and smart purchasing recommendations. In France, we’re the market leader, and since last year, we’ve been growing at 60%, a pace we aim to maintain in 2026. Our team has grown to 40 people, and we are now supported by MAPAL, a leading European group in back-office software for the hospitality industry. We’re now expanding into the UK, our top priority for 2026, with massive growth potential (twice the size of France!).
Role: You’ll be the person opening doors with restaurant & bakery chains in the UK: calling, engaging decision makers, spotting pain points and turning cold prospects into qualified demos for our Account Executives.
Team: You’ll join our UK sales team working hand in hand with our 3 Account Executives and closely connected with our teams in Paris (Product, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer Success).
Missions:
- Build outbound pipeline
- Prospect restaurant & bakery groups in the UK market
- Run high-volume outbound calling to engage decision makers
- Qualify and create opportunities
- Run first discovery conversations to identify operational and financial pain points (your stakeholders: Directors, Finance & Ops leaders or CEOs)
- Validate if the prospect matches our ICP
- Book high-quality demos for Account Executives
- Work as part of a sales machine
- Keep CRM clean and up to date after every interaction
- Share insights with AEs to improve conversion
Why apply? You’ll join a company where you’ll really learn how to sell, with a structured sales framework, weekly coaching & call review, and continuous feedback, not just “figure it out on your own”. You’ll learn how to sell complex B2B SaaS deals: multi-stakeholder environments, ROI-driven conversations, and enterprise-level business challenges. You’ll join at a moment where the UK market is still being built, meaning your impact is visible immediately and your results truly matter. You’ll also join a company now backed by a large European hospitality software group, offering long-term career paths and real internal mobility opportunities (SDR → AE → leadership or specialisation).
Profile: 0–2 years experience (sales, business, retail, hospitality, customer facing roles welcome). Open to graduates. Fluent spoken and written English (comfortable on phone with UK prospects).
What will make you successful:
- You like structured environments with clear targets
- You are comfortable picking up the phone
- You are consistent and disciplined in your daily activity
- You want to work in a high performance team
