The Role
We’re looking for a dynamic Account Manager to drive business growth across an established regional client base and develop new opportunities within our full-service offering. Reporting to the Commercial Manager (South), you’ll play a pivotal role in achieving ambitious sales and retention targets through strategic account management and new business development. This is a client-facing role requiring strong business development skills in an asset, maintenance, or housing environment, and a solid understanding of public sector procurement regulations. You’ll proactively build trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders and implement lasting solutions within public sector organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically manage multiple member accounts within your region.
- Deliver new business revenue growth through effective sales planning and execution.
