As a Professional Sports Scaffolding Laborer at InProduction, here is what you can expect:
- Daily Routine: Building scaffolds at professional venues like stadiums, fields, courts, golf courses, rinks, and tracks. You might see our work on TV during games or events.
- Crews: Small crews of up to 5 employees, traveling together from job to job.
- Work Schedule: Full-time, consistent, and year-round work without uncertainty about assignments.
- Work Environment: Mostly outdoors, in the sun and fresh air.
- Travel: Overnight travel is routine; you may be away from home for 90+ days.

Additional Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and dismantle scaffolds, install ladders, walkways, and handrails.
- Assist with safe installation/removal of equipment per plans.
- Inspect scaffold components before assembly.
- Clean and prepare sites, remove debris.
- Load/unload equipment and materials.
- Study plans and equipment lists before work.
- Follow safety protocols, including using safety equipment and fall protection.
- Maintain tools and equipment after shifts.
- Ensure client satisfaction with quality and timeliness.
- Perform other duties as needed.
- Background check and drug screening required.
- Valid driver’s license preferred, with a good driving record.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools.
- Must not be afraid of heights.
- Creative problem-solving skills and multitasking ability.
- Ability to work independently and in teams.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to read and understand safety instructions.
